Boss Biltong started with a straightforward ambition: make the best biltong in Durban and get it onto as many shelves as possible.
Based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, we operate a dedicated production facility where every batch of biltong is made using premium South African beef, traditional spice blends, and the kind of hands-on care that you can taste in the final product.
We supply retailers, butcheries, convenience stores, and distributors across the greater Durban area — and we're actively expanding our reach to serve the rest of South Africa. Our wholesale model is built around consistency, reliability, and fair pricing — because we know that's what keeps retail partners coming back.
